maybe I’m the only one, but I hardly think that’s possible since uniqueness is an endangered species. so I’ve been not writing forever, professionally since I graduated with my writing degree, but I’ve decided that my mid-thirties is the perfect time for a kick-in-the-ass and I’m looking for your help. those of you who write and those of you who know you can and should but don’t. sort of a twelve-steps back from the empty page, from great titles and concepts that never make it in ink or to the computer screen to something we can all unfairly judge and be deliciously envious of like the rest of the writing world, I mean the ones who actually sit down and do the work. are you in? oh crap, you don’t have commitment issues on top of not writing, and maybe a borderline drinking problem, do you? I may be a little bit in love.
